How do I make a reservation?

To make a reservation, email us how many Bell Tents you require, what options you would like and the event date (For example- We would like to book 15 Bell Tents, 1 Honeymoon Suite, 10 Platinum Pro and 4 Elite Suites for the Saturday 16th June 2018). If we have availability we will send you over a quote and our Terms and Conditions. If you are happy with these, we will require a 25% non-refundable deposit and our Terms and Conditions signed and returned. Once we have received both these items, your Bell Tents will be reserved. We then require the balance being paid 28 days before your event.

How do I pay for my booking?

To pay your deposit and booking you quote was sent via PayPal. To pay the deposit simply click on the “Pay minimum amount” and hit “Pay now” When it is time to pay the balance simply click on “Pay in full” and “Pay now”

If you do not use PayPal you use a bank transfer, please get in contact for our bank details.

Is there a minimum order?

Between June – August we require a minimum of five Bell Tents for a booking.

Can we put you on our wedding invitation and our guests book directly with you?

Your guests are more than welcome to book directly with us but please be aware that we can only reserve the Bell Tents once we have received the deposit and our Terms and Conditions are returned. If another wedding party bulk reserves the Bell Tents on the same date as yours, then they will take priority over any unreserved Bell Tents.

How do you get your beard so bushy?

I am a big believer of the three B’s. Beard oil, a balanced diet and back combing it.
