How do I reserve and pay for my Bell Tents?

To make a reservation, email us the date of your big day, the venue location and an approximation of how many Bell Tents you require and if we have availability, we shall send you a quote.
To book and pay for your Bell Tents, we require a 25% booking fee and then the balance being paid no later that 28 days before your event. Once you have paid for the Bell Tents in full, we will refund you your booking fee. All invoices are sent via PayPal.

What is your minimum order?

Between May and September we require a minimum of five Bell Tents for a booking. this also includes the use of our online booking page.

Can we put you on our wedding invitation and our guests book directly with you?

Yes of course! Your guests are more than welcome to book with us directly. We can set you up with your own online booking page with a unique link and password. Here you can add your own personal message and photos to inform your guests about their glamping options.
Please note that we reserve Bell Tents and not days. Having an online reservation does not entitle you to ‘hold’ our entire stock and we will still be taking bookings for that date. Please make your guests aware of this and we advise to book early to avoid disappointment.
